Barbeque Nation opts for DVS business advice

HYDERABAD: Dynamic Vertical Solutions (DVS), a provider of end-to-end integrated and adaptable business management applications, announced the successful implementation of LS Hospitality for Barbeque Nation.

Through this deployment, LS Hospitality will provide an expanding Barbeque Nation an integrated solution business application to overcome its operational challenges, a DVS release said.

Some of the existing issues facing Barbecue Nation are managing a single order across multiple kitchens, extensive offers and schemes specifically for the hospitality industry, linking of table reservations to point of sale and data replication and consolidation in an environment where restaurants are geographically spread across India.

But the biggest challenge at Barbeque Nation was to track consumption and wastage of material across all kitchens in a single restaurant which was taken care of through the implementation of LS Hospitality.

Barbeque Nation operates restaurants in Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Delhi, Lucknow, Ahmedabad, Vadodra, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Gurgaon and Thane. It plans to open 100 such restaurants throughout the country and abroad by 2012.
